Hold'em Manager is a very interesting poker tracking analysis tool. Traditionally most players have been using either Poker Tracker or Poker Office but today Hold'em Manager becoming one of the most popular tracking tools available.
One of the reasons why Hold'em Manager is so popular today is the many features offered in the poker software. Apart from all the main feature to track and analyse your poker games which you can customize completely Hold'em Manager has a very nice heads up display (HUD) where you have all the main information about the players you have meet before at a poker table (it doesn’t get data from a central database and is therefore allowed in most poker rooms).
One of the nicest features of the tracking tool is that you can add hand histories into your own database and afterwards see a statistical analysis of your own game and of the game of any of your opponents. This feature can be used very effectively to find players who you have an edge over and also improve your play against players who you loose.
What we like:
The main advantage of Hold'em Manager compared to other tracking tools is that it already incorporates the HUD feature - you know that other players study your play so if you don’t study theirs they will have an advantage.
The software is 100% customizable - with different filters you can see all the data you are looking for.
What we don’t like:
Like most other poker tracking analysis tools it is difficult to start using as there are so many different options available.
